Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. It explains how RareDrop collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your information when you use the RareDrop mobile application and related services. This version is optimized for the RareDrop app and for U.S.-facing mobile app review scenarios, while preserving the key original clauses regarding account registration, order processing, customer support, security monitoring, device permissions, cookies, third-party SDK/services, and user rights.
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to the RareDrop mobile application, related websites, customer support channels, and associated services (collectively, the “Services”) operated for the RareDrop product (“RareDrop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy does not apply to third-party products or services that maintain separate privacy policies.

In-App Support: You may also contact us through the customer support feature inside the RareDrop app.
We collect information that is reasonably necessary to provide the Services, complete transactions, secure accounts, fulfill orders, comply with law, and improve app performance. Depending on how you use RareDrop, this may include:
To create and use a RareDrop account, you may register or sign in using mobile phone verification, email verification, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In. We use the information required by the selected login method to create and manage your account, maintain account security, and provide access to the Services.
When you choose SMS login, verification messages may be delivered through Twilio. When you choose email login or receive account-related email messages, email services may be provided through Zoho.
When you choose Apple Sign In or Google Sign-In, we receive the identifiers and profile data that you authorize those providers to share with us, such as an email address or account identifier.
When you purchase products, store items in your in-app inventory, request shipping, or contact support regarding an order, we collect and use relevant account, order, logistics, and support information to provide the transaction and after-sales services.
This includes recipient name, shipping address, recipient phone number, item details, order details, shipping status, and support records. If you order or ship goods to another person, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide that person’s information.
To complete payments, RareDrop uses third-party payment service providers including Stripe and PayPal. These providers may collect payment instrument details, billing information, anti-fraud signals, and transaction data under their own privacy terms. We may receive limited information such as transaction status, payment method type, and payment identifiers in order to confirm payment, prevent fraud, process refunds, and respond to disputes.
When you contact customer support, we may collect the information you provide to verify your account, review your request, and resolve issues. This may include communications, attachments, photos, videos, voice records where applicable, order information, delivery information, and other evidence relevant to a support or dispute request.
We may retain customer support records to document the handling process, improve service quality, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
To maintain normal operation of the Services and protect users, transactions, and our platform, we may collect device and technical information such as IP address, device model, operating system version, app version, crash logs, event logs, network type, and risk-control signals. We use this information for service stability, security monitoring, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and fraud prevention.
RareDrop may send service notifications such as order updates, shipping notices, login alerts, and promotional messages where permitted by law. Notification delivery may depend on device operating system services and third-party cloud messaging services.
Some features may request optional permissions, such as photo/camera access for customer support uploads. If you decline an optional permission, the related feature may not function, but the rest of the app may remain available.
For the RareDrop app version intended for U.S. market use and app-store submission, we have cleaned up and do not rely on commonly used Mainland China consumer SDKs that are not necessary for the declared product functions. The currently disclosed third-party services and SDK-related components should match the production submission build. If our third-party integrations materially change, we will update the disclosure and this Policy as required.
Where permitted by applicable law, we may collect, use, or disclose information without separate consent in certain circumstances, such as where necessary to perform a contract, protect users and the platform, investigate fraud or illegal activity, comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, property, or safety.
Our websites and web-based account pages may use cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, measure traffic, detect fraud, and improve service performance. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on applicable law and your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing.
